Redevelopment, Budget Development, Management, & Execution

We build and support client specific physical plant budgets and tracking models that will report to owners, managers, and investors the plan and status of ongoing asset improvements (interior and exterior).

We have resources that can be deployed to manage the construction of a full interior and/or exterior asset renovation. These individuals are keenly active in the systems, planning, processes, and reporting.

Alternatively, we are happy to provide peer oversight.

We have an extensive pool of General and Sub-Contractors who can be deployed to the benefit of our clients.

The client specific models we build report where we can easily and effectively see where the renovations are either on plan or creeping off schedule (cost or time) – in real time.

Related to interior renovations - This allows us to assess the ROI on a unit by unit basis or summarize to a full project or even portfolio overview, where course correction can be made quickly and for the right reasons.

New Construction

Our team has experience in ground up construction across a wide spectrum of projects. From commercial development such as restaurants and hotels, to five-story apartment communities, our team members have successfully navigated the challenges involved in new construction. Our involvement extends to management of raw site development from entitlements through governance permitting on these larger entities as well as engagement with companies building stand alone facilities. The skills needed for this type of asset often overlap with the skill set needed in redevelopment, but DRS offers full services as we are well experienced in the nuance of both approaches to real estate development.

Storm/Fire Loss Restoration

We hope to never experience a catastrophic loss. However, should the need arise we provide support for our clients that allows them to focus their energy on regular business strategies without the distraction of managing asset restoration. Our team of experienced physical loss management experts will coordinate all loss recovery through insurance carriers and internal risk management officers. Further, we are able to administer the entire physical asset restoration process, which encompasses ground-up restoration construction as well.

Process & Policy Development & Integration

We refine industry leading construction management processes to work with, enhance, and respect the client’s business plan. Further, we refine and apply industry leading construction management policy to integrate with our client's existing operational policies. Construction management policies are optimized to support the business strategy specific to a singular asset redevelopment/restoration or a global corporate business plan.
